Good to knowThis product installed in under an hour with no leaks. He does what he says and water comes out of every nozzle. Pressure is low but volume is high to compensate. The hand mount works with sufficient pressure on both the hand unit and the hand + rain kit. Details It took me four tries to keep the fittings from leaking. The problem is that the rubber gasket seats aren't flat, so they can't be tightened without leaking. Tighten only lightly and use lots of teflon tape. This will prevent leakage. The connectors provide rotation from the gooseneck, which I don't understand. This rotation can cause the entire assembly to gallop in one direction or another. Luckily, when the pressure is released, the connections tighten and the assembly stays in place. The connectors are also quite long, so the arm has to be held high so I'm high enough to get in the shower. My height is 5 feet 7 inches. As far as I know there are better fittings that can be replaced if you are a bit taller. The pressure coming out of the shower head is fine. but it falls off fast enough for me to shower effectively. It also covers a large area. The pressure on the shower head is not regulated. Initial settings so that the jet pressure can increase significantly. Only on a portable device is it about as strong as my original shower head. The portable device has a nice feature with a built-in valve to control the pressure.
