Good concept, watch charger doesn't work

The title says it all: It's a good concept, looks better than any of my other USB-C hubs, but the watch charger just doesn't work. I'm sitting here watching the "Charging" screen pop up on my watch and blink once a second and apparently this animation is using a little more power than the charger is actually delivering during these intermittent periods when it's working. If they sat in the dock all night to charge, the watch's battery would drop from 33% to 30%. 27%. Not impressed.
