I bought this unit for my 2015 BMW Series 3 which has a factory small non-touch screen and a basic iDrive dial. This is an amazing device and I highly recommend it. Bimmertech sells the same unit for over $700 and the Road Top is under $300 for the SAME! Installation took less than 1 hour and it was that easy. Some videos and pictures show the removal of the glove box, the airbag and the overhead microphone. DO NOT DO THAT. Not necessary! All you have to do is remove the vent pad, then 4 T20 bolts to remove the A/C/heater/radio front panel, then 2 T20 bolts to push out the radio unit, connect the wiring harness and a new cable to the to lead head . Block that is removed with 2 T20 screws and reassemble everything. All the dip switches were off, for my car I turned on 1 and 2, then disconnected my phone from the car bluetooth and connected it to the Road Top unit and everything worked like magic. This is a must for your car.
