Looks very good overall. The only thing that bothers me is the center pin. As others have said, my pen was tightly closed when I received it. It also protruded further from the body than it should. Apparently they didn't put the needle in deep enough when assembling it. Another problem is that the locking groove was not machined deep enough. The bottom lip is already worn from the factory, so it tends to pop out and fly around the room. I carefully removed the pin to take measurements. When I reinstalled it I used an aluminum block to push it down just enough for the set screw to fit in the groove after making sure they lined up properly. Loosening the set screw 1/16 turn allows the pin to move freely. It seemed to pop out at 1 turn, so there's not much room for error. Check it every time you use it. Since I no longer have access to the machine shop, I can't make a new pin (or drill the slot deeper). Given PSI's 2 year warranty and reputation, I hope they replace it when it finally turns up.
