Of all the Bluetooth headphones I've had, these are the worst. First, they connect instantly, except they keep losing connection. As soon as they connect, the left earbud suddenly turns off, and it does so even after a full 24-hour charge. If you unplug the headphones and plug them into the device, they work for about 3 minutes before the left one stops working again. The right listener does this from time to time, but not as often as the left listener. Okay sound quality, I had to go into the device settings to adjust the sound quality as on first use it sounded like I was in a tunnel hearing an unequalized echo. The only positive thing I can say about these headphones is that they connect and work together at the same time, which is very rare as the notification suppression is great, as is the battery life. But like I said, that's the only positive thing about these headphones. 😤 I regret spending so much on these headphones and will be using either JLab or SkullCandy headphones again as the sound quality is better, they fit as they should and have noise cancellation at the best price. Update: After sharing my experience, TCL contacted me and I received a refund. They were respectful and understood my frustration. This is not a bad company, I have 3 TCL Smart TVs with amazing picture and sound quality. So I can't say I've had a bad experience with this brand, I just didn't feel the headphones were as well made as their other devices. Maybe after the bugs are fixed in future models I'll consider trying again, but for now I only buy smart TVs in stores.
