The team is very knowledgeable in their field - I highly recommend them! They are always willing to go above & beyond what you would expect at this level of business (and price range). Optimum Feedback is a great tool to help with online reputation management. I like the ability to write reviews on their website. I also like that I can track my reviews and the number of views they have. I dislike that I have to pay to send reviews to other websites. I have used Optimum Feedback to help with both online reputation management and local search optimization. I have been able to track reviews and views and have seen an increase in the number of reviews.
