Highly recommended for installation on a kayak or canoe. I installed the Pelican Strike on my kayak the first time with great results. Installs very easily. I recommend watching a YouTube video about Yak Gear's product. The only thing I'm deducting 5 stars for is that there are rivets in the kit, but they weren't, they were stainless steel screws. I prefer rivets where I can use them, so I'm lucky I have a few extras. Otherwise a great kit, good quality reels and everything for the anchor system except the anchor and cable attached to the anchor. Highly recommended.
