I'm so glad I found this item! it works so well! We have 2 dogs, a 75 lb staffy and a 50 lb beagle mix. I have a big SUV and they keep running behind me trying to get to me so I have to hold my arm up the entire drive. By purchasing these restraints, I no longer have to worry about jumping or getting caught off the driver's seat. I ordered XL 31 inch rope for both dogs. When I fold down my rear seats and latch their heads, they barely reach the front seats. If you don't have a stupid pup like our staff thought it would be ok, I'll stick my head between the seats, stick my ass in the hole and pretend to sit in the front HAHA. Because I plan on lowering my seats for them, I wish I was the next size down, but if you plan on keeping your seats upright and skipping the rope where the harness is, I'd definitely go up a size with that the dog does not suffocate . love this product! I've also read a lot of Leashboss reviews and they seem to have great products so I look forward to buying from them again!
