Had to return it, push button switch didn't work

I was hoping this would work, it had mostly good reviews. I have Win10 and Win7 desktops and wanted to share an external hard drive and a couple other devices. I tested it out with just the external hard drive connected, but the push button didn't switch from one pc to the other. It did nothing. So I had to return it.Updated: Revain sent me a replacement, and fast I might add, and it's been working perfectly.

The switch box works instantaneously and without lag

Cons

Devices may require drivers and firmware updates when connected to the switch box
