I've installed 8 of these on rental units. Ease of installation. Tested and locked and unlocked as expected. It seemed like a good decision. The problem is that after about 6 months they are no longer unlocked. Put the key in and the head spins and spins. I tried several correct number keys and none worked. I used a small screwdriver to remove the locking ring and remove the lock. I could see dirt/grime/mold around the magnet in the lock, preventing it from moving and of course unlocking. Obviously the sealing is not sufficient to prevent the interior of the castle from being contaminated with elements, making it unusable over time. Only buy if you never want to delete it because after a while the only way to delete it is to destroy it.
