Best customer service!

This item should be used with both left and right hands. It was impossible to turn the blade from side to side. When I wrote to the company that they would not switch, they asked for a photo, I sent a photo and never heard from the company again. Unreliable company, they cannot or do not want to fix the problem. I ended up having to take the whole file to make it big enough for the bolt to go in from the left side!
