Do not use for important applications, never could get the fixed outputs to work

The performance of this small device is not very high. As others have reported there is an initial ringing component around 100-150MHz and then a periodic ringing which I have not measured - all observed on my Agilent 54622D mixed signal oscilloscope. Voltage regulation under load is also relatively poor. With an input voltage of 13.8V I adjust the potentiometer with no load to an output voltage of 4.99V. With a 1.0A load (Kikusui electronic load), the output voltage dropped to 4.85V. With a 1.5A load, the output voltage was 4.78V. However, if you were to power the rail with a voltage regulator, set that End a tension on chains, it certainly wouldn't matter. a lamp to work with if you don't have good young eyes. The instructions show a fairly useless picture of where the trace needs to be cut in order to use one of the fixed output voltages. I uploaded a photo taken with my microscope which I *think* which footprint they refer to. I tried cutting the trace on two different boards and all I got was a fixed voltage of about 10V on all the small pads. Btw, I did this job with my $500 Vision Luxo loupe. Bottom line: there is absolutely no reason you would want to use this for anything. It is not suitable for any critical application, and for a non-critical application it is too small to work. My leftover boards go in the bin.
