The last digit in inch scale is useless because it is so small a measure. Had an initial problem with the y scale only reading 80% of the travel. Emailed company and they asked me to send a video of what ot was doing. They wanted me to open up unit to see if glass scale was broken. I didn’t want to do this at this point. They asked me again and I agreed to do it. No evidence of breakage as seen in second video. They offered to refund $20 because unit was still useable albeit limited or I could request a replacement scale. They sent replacement in about 2 weeks which works fine. Haven’ used it extensively yet so the jury is still out. Don C.
