I was so happy to receive this. I've been waiting for almost a month. i love crystals Unfortunately when it arrived today it wasn't what I expected. It's cheaply made. It feels like it will fall apart every time you touch it. There are big gaps in it, and the tea is pouring out. The clasp holding the crystal is completely broken. The tea ball will not be damaged in any way. It's just the way it was made. Like someone put it together with a sledgehammer. Tea doesn't stay in the ball either. I poured water and the tea floated straight to the top. For ten dollars I'll just offer it. You shouldn't come back.
