Review on Lumen Managed Hosting Services by James Holker

The customer support is fantastic! They are always willing to help even if you think it's silly or not their job responsibility (like when I needed an SSL cert added.) Not that there were any complaints about any other aspects of this host as far as pricing/features go, but they're still very friendly with me :) Just make sure you know what kind of server environment your application will require before selecting them - some have limitations in terms of applications running without modification compared against others out-of-the box.

We had problems getting our website up live after switching from another site provider who went under so we switched over here hoping things would be better since the rep was more experienced than last time around at least :).
