We use lumens to host our website - it's fast reliable & cheap! No real complaints but I think that you can get better deals elsewhere if your looking at just pure web hosts without any of those other services (like email). Get in touch with their support team before making decisions as they will be able to provide an even more bespoke solution than we could have done ourselves had we gone direct from start till finish. I like that they have an option to get more than one email address with it if you wanted your own website or something else besides just using their regular mail services! They also offer other options of plans which is nice too because sometimes when we are in need money this can be quite expensive but not here at least there's some affordable ones available as well so thats great!! The only thing i dislike about them was how slow everything would run compared to our previous host (hostgator).

The customer support is fantastic! They are always willing to help even if you think it's silly or not their job responsibility (like when I needed an SSL cert added.) Not that there were any complaints about any other aspects of this host as far as pricing/features go, but they're still very friendly with me :) Just make sure you know what kind of server environment your application will require before selecting them - some have limitations in terms of applications running without modification
