I recently bought a projector to watch movies with my family at home. Now I don't have a proper home theater room, so I wanted a solution that could be easily stored away when not in use (and my tray table stacked with crates just didn't fit). I looked around for a while. to find a solution, but none of them seemed to have the combination of adjustability and strength I was looking for (while still being able to elevate the projector as high as I needed to avoid too much keystone correction). This stand was perfect. It's very durable and easily adjustable in height (we watch movies in 2 different rooms and outside and I need a projector at a different height for each seat). It makes it a lot easier to get set up to watch a movie, and it folds up small enough that we can easily store it when we're not using it. Very happy with the purchase.
