Review on 🚲 Funn Funndamental Flat BMX/MTB Bike Pedal Set with Wide Platform and Adjustable Grip - 9/16-inch CrMo Axle for Enhanced Performance by Nathaniel Collins

For the first time in 10 years I have switched from clipless to flat pedals on my mountain bike. I'm glad I did because I prefer the freedom to move fast on technical terrain and wear lace-up shoes for a comfortable walk than stiffer-soled shoes with spikes. The Funn Fundamental pedals are a bit more expensive than comparable aluminum pedals from other manufacturers, but I think the investment is worth it. Installation was quick, pedals spin freely even after being covered in mud many times. So far the pedals have also proven to be very durable after hitting some rocks on trails in the Southern Nevada wilderness. no obvious bending or deforming of the metal was observed (only minor cosmetic damage is expected). I wouldn't recommend plastic pedals as I've seen broken plastic pedals on singletrack before and I knew aluminum pedals are much more durable before I decided to buy them. The replaceable pedal pegs are durable and easily grip the treads of my boots as I ride varied terrain without slipping. I also like the color choices available.
