Review on 🔪 Enhanced Comfort Grip Scissor Tongs by Char-Broil by James Mayfield

I've had a pair of these for years. Then I got another set. I've used them so many times that I've worn down the inside of the grips and kept using them. We searched and couldn't find another set so I kept using them even when the inner plastic broke in the dishwasher. Then I found them on Amazon and was very happy to order 3 pairs. After all, they were inexpensive and always dishwasher safe. They arrived and we washed them and they went in the box. One pair was always in the dishwasher and the other in the sink. I finally came across a pair that hadn't been used and found to my horror that the handle pieces didn't match. In fact, I couldn't pick up anything with them. It lasted about 4 weeks and I decided I had to eat them. I've seen them made by Char-Broil and distributed by Amazon. I called Char-Broil and they were incredibly easy to work with. They apologized, thanked me for my work and arranged a replacement set for free. Then to make it even better she said she would send me 2! Yes, 2 new sentences. When I asked they told me it was for my inconvenience. can i be happier nope! Good product. GREAT customer service!
