Licked and not wetted

I dive constantly, at least once a week. There aren't any fancy things in my car that would allow me to lock it and put my keys away. Too many times I've had to leave the keys on the tire and dive. I needed a solution. On Sunday I took a bunch of keys full of dollar bills with me for my first dive. 89 feet maximum and 50 feet average per hour. Slipped a plain key ring through the slot in the top of the lid, threaded a clasp through it and slipped it into my tank before adjusting the regulator. Opened on the way back to the car and the bills were crisp. On the second dive, I put the keys in the key fob and repeated the process. The depth of the dive was the same but this time only 50 minutes. After that I returned to the car and inside and my keys were dry. Yes! It's built and functions like a large flashlight body, the threads and o-rings provide an excellent seal. Do not worry. The price is worth it knowing my car is safe.
