I have a 70ft Cat5e connector in the wall from my Sony receiver to my TV. Originally purchased from https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01EBHMPWS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 which only worked when using short cables, never worked when connected to cables that run in the wall. I returned and bought it and it worked right away. We get a bit of digital noise from time to time, but not often and not for very long. Recently, the TV started flickering when viewing videos. It turns off for less than a second and then turns on again for 5-10 seconds. Restarting the devices fixed the problem.
