Definitely worth the money

UPDATE: 12/24/2020 I've driven my car 2700 miles since I've had this adapter and I'm completely satisfied with it. It does what it's supposed to and always keeps the engine in V8 mode. I dived from Oklahoma to Colorado with no problems. In terms of fuel economy, before I had this adapter my average was 16.5mpg (calculated by hand, not with a computer) and after driving 1600 miles it averaged 15.5mpg, so brace yourself no worries about loss of efficiency. Kind of makes you wonder why you even have an AFM option on the motor. Unfortunately I used about a liter of oil on the way there and a liter on the way back. It seems that the only way to solve this problem is to buy a valve cover aftermarket, but that's another topic. Overall I'm satisfied, it's definitely worth the money, especially if it helps extend the life of the engine. Having to add a liter of oil every 1000 miles and of course that would be a problem with the AFM system so it was the obvious choice. Now I've only had it 2 days and only driven it about 150 miles so I can't speak about durability but I know it does what it says on the tin and keeps the engine in V8 mode the whole time. I will report when I have driven 3000 km and changed the oil.
