I have a Sony 1080p TV, a Sony UBP-X800M2 UHD player and a BenQ HT3550 4k projector. The image passes through the BenQ projector with no problems, but it doesn't show up on my TV (downscaling on or off). I don't have another 4k display so can't tell if it's signaling to two 4k devices, but downscaling definitely doesn't work. I've also tried plugging one cable into the projector and the other into my receiver (for audio) and that didn't work either (tried this with the Xbox One output as well. I've had a different J-in the past Tech splitter for 1080p content and this one worked this one didn't I would return it but I threw away the little box it came in.,
