High Quality Valance
I bought these valances to put on basement windows; we needed some black out valances to block light when we are watching movies. These valances are made of high quality fabric that let very little light through. They look like they cost a lot more $$$ than they did. They were easy to iron (very few wrinkles/folds) and hang nicely from the curtain rod. So happy I found these on Walmart.Highly Recommend.
