Product support was good!
Bought 2 thermometers but not enough. Constantly says 100 degrees, regardless of the temperature. Even when I took it out to replace and it was at room temperature it says 100 degrees. The stem was rusty and the gauge was filled with dirty, rusty water. Contacted the company and explained my situation and they offered to replace or refund the board. Communication was good and it was nice to see that the company stands behind their product.
