Cheapest Combo Olive & Cherry Pitter - Great Value - Saves Time

I'm studying to become a food storage master. This is a great tool for people who canning large amounts of food. I live in the mecca of organic cherries - the central Sacramento Valley. We grow cherries for the whole world! The cherry season is very short. Only May and June, then the year ends. I bought 50 pounds of organic cherries and pitted them for preserving, dehydrating, jams, etc. This little gem transforms the pits quickly and effortlessly. Pitting cherries by hand is a tedious job and as a result too much cherry juice leaks out and is lost when you tear open the fruit and remove the pit manually. This tool pushes out the cherry and keeps the fruit intact. This is a very cheap product so I don't expect it to last more than a year. Looks average in durability. I haven't used it to peel olives as the harvest season hasn't started yet. But I will publish my results when the olive trees in my area are in season. I want to make large batches of homemade olives and am looking forward to making my own olives. I wish there was a tool for removing large drupes. I wonder how easy it is to get pomegranate seeds out of the pit. Put the pomegranate in a bowl and break the fruit, keep hitting the broken fruit and the seeds will pop out, the seeds will be shaken out. You still have to manually separate the membrane from the ruby-red fruit – the pomegranate seed is edible and contains many useful antioxidants.
