On 9/02/20 we purchased a vacuum cleaner from M. Video St. Petersburg. 04/25/20 I took a vacuum cleaner and the button got stuck in it, it is absolutely intact, the screen works, but does not respond to the button. I called the hotline and filed an application for a warranty service (it was Saturday), on Monday a courier arrives to pick it up. On 05/06/20 they brought me back a vacuum cleaner, the trouble is that they brought a dirty nozzle with a roller and a filter with scratches and dirt, we had a new one and gave it clean and shiny. Dyson quickly fixed everything and brought a new nozzle and filter to my house!
