Great Platform With Room For Improvement

I like everything about this software - it's been great to be able to manage our entire marketing/sales funnel from one platform! The UI is quite intuitive, so new users pick up things quickly - however there are some features we don't use or know how to navigate within the system as well. It can sometimes take quite a bit of time to find what you're looking for in between tabs. In addition, once you get over 10+ people using this tool, navigation gets convoluted and confusing pretty fast. You have to invest a lot of effort into getting comfortable navigating through all these multiple screens. We were managing our lead gen via email, cold calls, & social media before switching over last summer. Since then, we've seen an increase in leads coming directly from Hubspot which has really helped us understand where they came from and whom.

Pros
  • All my prospects' info together at a glance + easy accessability across channels (emailing etc.)
Cons
  • Navigation isn't always logical when trying to move around
