They are listed as "Arduino Nano" but are not. The chipset does not meet the official Nano specifications. Because of this, you may need to install special drivers on the host computer to load your sketches. It worked fine for me on my old MacBook Pro with macOS High Sierra after installing the serial driver mentioned in the description. Installation was easy but seems a little lazy. I wonder what will happen in a year when I upgrade to the next version of macOS. Hopefully Apple will officially support this driver in the future? My application works fine. I can play sound through pin 9. The sounds I use come from files on an SD card connected via SPI. If you're new to Arduino, maybe use a real Nano or Uno instead. If you are a veteran you can't beat the price.
