Good banking focused on Canadian customers

CIBC offers a multi-purpose bank service based in Canada.
CIBC also offers many financial support services. These,
+ Bank account usage
+ Credit card arrangements
+ Consultancy on mortgage transactions and legal regulations
+ Lending transactions
+ Support for investments
+ Insurance transactions and detailed analysis.
CIBC offers a wide range of consultancy services for mortgage transactions. You can meet with the experts either via video conference or face to face.
CIBC serves not only individual customers but also corporate customers.
I wrote good fans about CIBC, now I want to write some doubts.
I purchased an eligible repayment home loan from CIBC. My meeting with the client representatives was very positive and the payback period was 72 months. I paid my debt for 59 months without any problems. At the beginning of the 60th month, they called me by phone and said that I had an unpaid 34th month debt. I told them that I paid my debt and that I had a receipt, but they didn't believe me. I sent my receipt to them via mail. About two weeks later they called me and said they made a mistake and apologized. About 7 months after this incident, they called again and said the same thing. Frankly, I think there is a communication problem within their company.
CIBC is a good bank in general, but I think there are employees in the company who are not doing their job well.
