The platform is simple, easy-to-use and has all that you need for an effective digital experience with your customers. It's constantly improving and developing new features which makes it more user friendly. There are some modules that can be confusing at first but after using them I found myself getting used to their functionality very quickly. They have several different integrations so we were able to use whatever worked best depending upon our needs. We have been able to improve our overall customer service by providing better personalized experiences!
