One thing missing is a way to get the bolt out of the crankshaft mounting hole when you're done. They could have done that by rotating the flat about half an inch to put the key in, but they didn't. As a workaround, I visited a local bolt supplier and asked for a second nut like the one that comes with the kit. When I was done, I threaded the second nut onto the bolt and "jammed" them together, then took the open-end wrench on the one closest to the crank. Came out pretty easy.
