Review on 🔌 Sabrent USB 3.0 Hub for iMac Slim Uni-Body (HB-IMCU) - 4-Port High-Speed Connectivity by Demarco Vonk

I work from home a lot, which means I carry my portable external drive to and from the office. I appreciate the convenience of being able to quickly attach and detach the front of my iMac, especially at home, which is harder to reach from the back. As others have pointed out, it was a tight setup, but once installed it was as solid as if it were part of the machine. What bothered me the most were the complaints that other people's machines were having trouble waking up from sleep for some reason when the hub was plugged in. I didn't have the problem. I agree with other reviews that this little thing is a bit overpriced and I ended up spending more for a 5V adapter to make my portable drive turn on when plugged in. Other than that, it's a great little addition that saves me a lot of time looking for available outlets on a powered hub I've installed on the back of my desk. An 8 port version would be a nice upgrade.
