The best part of this software is that it has been very helpful in managing various aspects related to our network infrastructure including physical security, cooling system monitoring, as well as power supply optimization among other things.The interface could be better but I don't think their are any major downsides for me personally at least.

This tool helped us manage all parts of our datacenter (physical space,power consumption etc) from one place which was really useful especially considering how important uptime can be when you're dealing with sensitive information over networks like ours.
