Excellent Customer Service For Cloud Technology

They are very professional, knowledgeable in their field and they have been able to answer many questions we had about our implementation with Salesforce CRM system for donations! Our org has used them before so it made sense that they would be available when needed.

I'm not sure how much time will go into answering every question; however if you do need more assistance after hours or weekends contact them via email as someone is usually around at those times. We're solving problems related to creating better donor management capabilities within sales force using SFDC CRM.
