I think the best thing about this program is the fact that it has helped us with our inventory accuracy and we have never been late in any payments. It also helps us store information of our customers very well. I am not sure how much time it takes for an update, but sometimes updating can be difficult because we are working with various stores and different locations. My biggest issue is that you can't really get great customer service from these guys. They tend to just do what they want when they want rather than what is necessary. We are solving problems with our inventory. This program helps keep track of our inventory and keep accurate records of who owes what.
