This pan has an inside diameter of about 10 inches which is a good size for a frozen pizza. They say they need to be stirred mid-cooking. The pan is very light. The non-stick coating seems durable. The holes in the pan are punched from the bottom up. As a result, the edges of the holes are very flat from below, but the edges on the surface that come into contact with the food have burrs, roughness, and other things that catch food and make cleaning difficult. It could be that I received a pan that was made very late in production, or it could just be poor workmanship design.
