I am very happy with the seller. The product itself was simple and effective. The main problem was its tendency to overexpose some slides and a few negatives. It was dark at first and then looked pretty good, but often got lighter to the point where every bright object was a bright spot. I found that sometimes I could instantly click to save an image when it was too dark and get an image I liked. Because the memory click is delayed, you have to click when it's still too dark to catch the phase in the center before it gets too bright. If you clicked when it was perfect, it would wait for the next, too easy, step before saving. In other words, these aren't professional results at their best, but it's still very good for storing slides and negatives in digital format with an acceptable resemblance to the original images. It just takes some experience to get the desired results. I'm glad I have this converter given the price.
