I had the same problem as others where the metal part came out of the silicone on the corner. However, my experience with the seller was great! Seller was DI ORO. I messaged them on Revain and sent a photo of the damage and got a replacement in just a few days. I am very happy about your answer. Time limit. I bought them in November as a 2019 Christmas present and contacted the seller in June 2020. While I believe the durability could have been better, the customer service has been exemplary. As for the product quality. BIG! Heat resistance is what I wanted. Other non-stick spatulas have a melted edge that you keep scraping. NOT THIS, won't damage edges, cleans great (don't use silicone for dishwasher, it comes up clean but usually leaves a film. Hand wash is super quick and way better) Large is great for pancakes.
