Ease of use and audio connectivity in older cars
I got this because my old SUV does not have Bluetooth although it has an extra cable. I have an iPhone 12 Pro and no Aux Lightning cable. I figured it would be more beneficial to use a Lightning port to charge the phone than bother it with the adapter. This actually solves this problem. I can keep my iPhone battery charged while playing music and more. Quite a smooth and fluid sound so far.
