Review on Shark NV352 🦈 Anti-Allergy Lift Away Navigator by Kayla Ferguson

Purchased on 8/2018. Brush stopped working after 3 months. I called the company and when the brief troubleshooting they did for me didn't solve the problem, I was told that the entire base of the vacuum needed to be replaced and that I would have to pay for it at the price of $71.00 that I was using have spoken . overseer who also reinforced it. I explained that I didn't need to change anything on the vacuum cleaner I bought 90 days ago and used 8 times with no success. I have decided not to purchase a replacement fleet and will never hand my business over to Shark going forward. Obviously they are not responsible for their product and have informed me that the warranty has expired, although the manual does not list any specific exclusions. Spend your money elsewhere as if something has stopped working. Shark will not replace it!
