I'll give it a 5 based on the following: It's the first product of its kind I've tried, I've used it once on a 2018 Chevy Impala, it works as advertised. There are no complicated steps or processes to follow. I washed the outside of the car thoroughly with Adam's foaming shampoo. Once my car was dry, I applied Adams H2O Protection and Shine in my garage out of direct sunlight (as you should with all products). Later in the day while shopping in the store. It was pouring rain (it always happens) This product has excellent hydrophobic properties, so much so that water dripped from the hood when the car was turned! After the rain stopped and my car was dry, there were no water spots or mud spots characteristic of rain. My car literally looked as clean and shiny as it did before the rain! My experience with this product is satisfactory, I will definitely buy more. This product can be used on a wet or dry vehicle. I made it dry. It's as easy as spraying. Wipe. Haven't tried it on a dirty car (I recommend always cleaning it thoroughly to avoid scratching dirt particles). Try this product! It will not disappoint you!
