First photo shows vibrant colors as received. The second image (close-up) shows how faded the RED floral pattern is. The only reason there is still some red is because I had an umbrella stand on that area. Yes, there is some orange on the carpet, but the area photographed should be completely red. There are several areas that have disappeared. This rug is on the east side of the house, so even the hottest midday sun doesn't hit it. The pros of the rug - when it arrived it was brightly colored and very pretty. The carpet dries very quickly after rain and the white areas do not get dirty that easily. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the rug but am very disappointed with the color fading. If the seller works with me on this issue I will come back to report their good customer service. CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVES FIVE STARS. They offered a full refund. Friendly and polite. Several options offered.
