It worked for me with INPA on a BMW E39.
The cable worked perfectly. I installed Win10 on my laptop and downloaded BMW Tools from Mike's network. Worth buying if you're trying to use INPA. Perfectly connected to my E39! 15 minutes of installation and I read the codes. NOTE on software installation: Pay attention to the driver set that Mike is installing, BMW Tools, as it is an old set from 2015. These drivers don't work on my Win10 laptop. Make a note of the description of the driver during the driver installation, which occurs at the end of the software installation (you will receive an installation error message). You can find updated drivers online. Install them and then you can follow Mike's instructions to switch to COM1 and test the cable.
