It took about 2 hours to install. Before you start, buy 2-2.25 inch clamps and 1-3 inch clamps. you will need them. The clamps that come with it aren't as good and don't seal the pipes completely. I've used their clamps at each joint closest to the front of the truck and bought clamps closer to the back of the truck at each joint. Now everything is well sealed. My exhaust pipes ended up about 3/4 inch below the truck for storage. This was the only way to achieve a good seal at the pipe connections. The sound is a bit louder than I expected, but I like it. The sound isn't great at low rpm when the truck goes into "Eco" mode, but it's a known issue with any exhaust from these trucks. You can switch off the "Eco" by pressing the gear buttons while driving. We rely on 8 and eco sheets. All in all a decent sounding muffler at a great price. If I were to do it again I would spend a little more and buy Flowmasters.
