My original nozzle got lost while cleaning and blowing and it was the only thing I could use to clean most of my apartment. I had to buy this because the Shark didn't have a replacement. This one is way worse, so I'm glad I finally found my lost affection. Pay attention to the following things: 1) There are 2 separate pieces for no apparent reason. Consider gluing the collar to the main body as they will separate. 2) The nozzle falls out of the vacuum cleaner when in use. It only seems to last a short time in use and then falls out if you even look at it from the side. This makes it incredibly annoying to use. As there weren't any better options I put up with it, but I'm so glad I found the original shark/brand.
