The left side burned out/ stopped working after 5 minutes. Haven't even tested them yet

In the first test, the left gauge worked when first turned on. The light turned off. Twisted and secured the wire. Try again and it didn't work. I installed a new set of non-LED light bulbs to get me through the trip. But was disappointed. Then Covid hit my household and I missed the return window. This is my fault, I hope to hear from the seller. I hate leaving bad reviews. But at least the set I got didn't work.
