I like this mop very much. After using it a friend asked if I polished my hardwood floors and my husband said they don't look as good since we installed them. And it's lightweight and easy to use. BUT - about the fourth time I used it it hit the leg of the clawfoot tub I was cleaning underneath and now it won't spin at all. No batteries in the pen, no battery. I've tried using the site "support@vmaitech.com" for possible solutions, but this is getting absolutely nowhere. It appears to be a fake site. I would really like to return my mop. So if there is any solution please help me. Still waiting for a response from the company. Someone mentioned that they got lucky with customer service. How do you contact support? Please help me.
