Adult Responsibilities Gone Fun

I really like this cleaning tool. I consider this tool a toy to make adult chores fun lol. I really wish it was a little lighter as I have bad wrists and scouring pads for a more thorough cleaning, but it's definitely an upgrade over a regular mop. It's also fun to use. My friends love it already!

Great product

Guys, this product is fantastic, incredibly awesome mop cleaner. It has a powerful battery that lasts over 35 minutes and when I use the star I fully charge the battery. plus but keep my floors clean and shiny. I recommend this machine product to everyone. Can you see the radiant floor in the shadows when a bit of light is still shining WOWWWW!

Amazing lightweight mop

I like this rotating mop. Beautiful appearance, compact, easy to assemble. Includes two sets of pads. One for cleaning, one for polishing. I hand wiped the ceramic tiles several times and the rag was always dirty. I chose this rotating mop. Wow, finally I cleaned and polished ceramic tile with ease. Great product and the floor looks clean and new again. Another purchase!

The easiest, most effective way to clean your floor

My family and I love this product and would wholeheartedly recommend it to all other families. Compared to other floor cleaning methods, this method is the simplest, most efficient and effective. I don't need to use force, I just give instructions. Also, the length is adjustable and I adjust it to fit me best. Functionality aside, this product looks very nice and cool to me.

Great design but HORRIBLE batteries

I would give 5 stars except the battery didn't last more than 6 weeks. I bought two devices and both batteries did not work on either device. Instead of sending me replacement batteries the seller told me to buy another battery instead of sending me a replacement which is pretty ridiculous. At this point I won't be spending more money on VMAI or spending extra money on batteries that don't last long.

Worked once - NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT - then an abusive email asking me to delete my review.

Used once. Worked great. Connected to charger. The headlights worked and indicated a charge. Then it went black and refused to turn on and does not work. A piece of junk. *UPDATE* The only response/customer support from this company was to ask me to film this review for $20. There were no communications to resolve the issue, replacement or refund offers. Just a self-service message asking me to remove my negative review. HORRIBLE COMPANY ALL AROUND

I was in love.

I like this mop very much. After using it a friend asked if I polished my hardwood floors and my husband said they don't look as good since we installed them. And it's lightweight and easy to use. BUT - about the fourth time I used it it hit the leg of the clawfoot tub I was cleaning underneath and now it won't spin at all. No batteries in the pen, no battery. I've tried using the site "support@vmaitech.com" for possible solutions, but this is getting absolutely nowhere. It appears to be a fake
