I like all features in this software including invoice creation, customer information, reporting system.It gives me all info i need when dealing with any clients. The interface isn't user friendly but some people will learn it quick. A bit complicated with an overload of windows which can frustrate you sometimes if things are not done precisely right from beginning. It's good for those who dont want to spend money on other advanced softwares which they cannot afford on one hand while on the other hand doesnt have enough funds or knowledge to design their own systems. Keeping all data related to customers, work order management and bills. The only thing I don't like about this program is that it can be a little confusing at first but once you get used to it it's great. It allows me to keep track of my billing for all of our customers. It also helps with our accounting department as well. It has been very helpful in keeping track of what we owe and when we are due to pay it. It saves us time since we no longer have to manually enter everything into a spreadsheet.
